Service Delivery Policy

Hot Chocolate Studio delivers digital services — music-production courses, production work (beats, songs, mixing & mastering) and sound for brands — online worldwide and in person in Delhi NCR. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy.

Courses (Foundation, Momentum, Mastercraft)

• Format: live, mentor-led classes delivered online (video call) or in person in Delhi NCR, in small batches.
• Access: once your seat is confirmed, we email your schedule, joining details and any class materials before your batch start date.
• Start: classes begin on the published batch start date. If a batch is full, we hold your place for the next batch and tell you the date.
• Materials: sample packs, presets and toolkits included with a course are delivered as downloadable files during the course.

Production services (beats, songs, mixing & mastering)

• How it starts: work begins after an agreed brief and deposit/payment.
• Turnaround (typical): mixing & mastering in 5–7 working days; custom beats in 5–10 working days; full singles and larger projects on an agreed schedule shared up front.
• Revisions: the number of revisions stated in your package are included; each revision round adds a few working days.
• Delivery: final files are delivered digitally via a download link (e.g. WAV and/or MP3, plus stems where the package includes them). Turnaround times are estimates and start once we have everything we need from you.

Sound for brands

• Sound logos, jingles and brand sound kits are delivered digitally, in the formats agreed in your brief, with a typical turnaround of 5–7 working days per deliverable.
• Larger campaigns and bespoke work follow a schedule agreed in your quote.

Physical items (production kits, if applicable)

Most of what we sell is digital and delivered online. If any physical item is ever part of your order (for example a physical drive or merchandise), we dispatch within 3–5 working days and share tracking where available; delivery times then depend on the courier and destination.

If something is delayed
