These Terms govern your use of the website and the courses, production services and community sessions provided by Hot Chocolate Studio ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Hot Chocolate Studio, 4B, Grand Westend Greens, Rajokri, New Delhi 110038, India. By booking, enrolling, purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
We offer music-production courses (Foundation, Momentum, Mastercraft and add-ons), production services (custom beats, songs, mixing & mastering, brand sound), and community sessions (studio time, co-production, open-mic nights). Services are delivered online and/or in person in Delhi NCR.
A place in a course or session is confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received. Course batches have limited seats and run to a schedule we publish in advance. If a batch is full we may offer the next available batch.
Prices are shown on the site in Indian Rupees (₹); international pricing may be shown in USD. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Taxes apply where required by law.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Course materials, kits and resources are provided for your personal learning use and may not be resold, redistributed or shared. You agree to treat mentors, staff and other members with respect.
All course content, curriculum, sample packs, presets and website materials remain our intellectual property (or our licensors'). For production services, ownership of the finished work and any beat licensing terms are set out in your individual project agreement or invoice.
You confirm you own or have the rights to any recordings, ideas or brand materials you send us, and you grant us the rights needed to deliver your project.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
